Prisoners Human Right to Vote

Is it a breach of human rights to deny prisoners a vote? Yes, but they have committed a crime, and they need to learn that the right to vote is a privilege which should not be taken for granted. David Cameron has made clear that “No one should be under any doubt-prisoners are not getting the vote under this government.” I have to agree. Anyone who has breached the UK law should be punished for doing wrong, especially someone who has committed murder. How would the victims family feel if the person who killed their loved one fought to have their human right to vote, when they devastatingly took away another persons right to live? If Cameron follows suit and agrees with the European Court of Human Rights, (ECHR) that it is a breach of prisoners rights, then he would be letting down his fellow MPs and Britain against the fight to cut crime.
